Booked Services
Appointments: Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule or adjust your service to fit the remaining time. Late arrivals may result in a cancellation of your appointment and a charge of up to 50% of the scheduled service cost.
No Show: Missing or not showing up for your appointment will result in a charge of up to 50% of the scheduled service cost.
Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may result in a charge of up to 50% of the scheduled service cost.
Health and Safety: For the safety of our clients and staff, please inform us of any health conditions, allergies, or recent treatments that may affect your service.
Children and Pets: For safety and comfort, we kindly ask that you do not bring children to your appointment unless they are receiving a service. For hygiene reasons, pets are not permitted in the salon.
Personal Belongings: Please keep your personal belongings with you at all times. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Professional Conduct: Our staff are trained professionals who provide high-quality services. We expect all clients to treat our team with respect. Any inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated.

Your health and safety are our top priority. To ensure the best care and avoid any adverse reactions, we kindly ask that you disclose any allergies, skin sensitivities, blood disorders, contagious illnesses, or pregnancy before your treatment.
Please note that ZELBEAUTY takes no responsibility for any adverse reactions or issues, that may arise, during or after your treatment. Clients are responsible for thoroughly researching treatments beforehand and should consult with their doctor before partaking in any services that could affect underlying medical conditions.

Right to Refuse Service:
We are dedicated to providing a safe, clean, and welcoming environment. However, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone to ensure the well-being of our clients and staff.
For context:
Personal hygiene is paramount in our salon. If a client arrives in an unclean state or with conditions that could pose a health risk to others, we may refuse service. This is to maintain cleanliness and safety.
If a client arrives under the influence of drugs or alcohol, we reserve the right to refuse service. Intoxication can impair judgment and coordination, which could affect the safety and quality of our services.
Any form of inappropriate behaviour, including harassment, aggression, or disrespect towards our staff or other clients, will not be tolerated.
Refund Policy for Beauty Services
Service Dissatisfaction: If you are unhappy with a service you received, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment. We will do our best to address your concerns and offer a complimentary adjustment within 7 days of the original appointment.
No Refunds: We do not offer refunds for completed services. All services are non-refundable once rendered. However, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will work with you to resolve any issues.
Prepaid Services: If you have prepaid for a service and need to cancel, please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Prepaid services can be credited to your account for future use.
Missed Appointments: If you miss your appointment or cancel without the required notice, the prepaid amount may be forfeited.
Gift Cards and Packages: Gift cards and service packages are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. They can be transferred to another person or used for any other service of equal value.
