We strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase from us. We quality-check the majority of our products before shipping them to you. If you are not satisfied, please review our Refund and Return Policy for guidelines on how we can assist you.
Eligibility for Refunds / Returns
- Products: Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for most products, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
- Services: If for any reason, you are unsatisfied with our service, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment. We will do our best to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Gift cards
- Sale items (only regular-priced items may be refunded)
- Used or opened beauty products for hygiene reasons
- Makeup, Lotions, or any products for the body/skin.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged/used, or missing parts.
Items on sale, listed as short-dated or “as is”, are non-refundable items. Always check Item descriptions for details.
*Some items and makeup come with a guarantee from our supplier. These items are returnable only if stated so in the products description tab.
Refund Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email us at zelbeautystore@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos/video of the product.
- Approval: Once your return is approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your product.

Return Shipping
If you need to return a product, kindly ensure it is securely packaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely. No refund will be issued for items lost or damaged in return shipping. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. ( 10 – 21 days )
- Haven’t received your refund yet? Check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company if applicable. It may take up to 21 work days before your refund is completely processed by the bank.
- If you’ve done all of this, waited the appropriate amount of time and still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at zelbeautystore@gmail.com.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at zelbeautystore@gmail.com.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
